Just keep a few things in stock like sweet chili sauce, fish sauce, ginger, garlic and herbs. All these ingredients are easily available in the market. Fish sauce is a dark, pungent liquid, which adds a salty and savory flavor to the dish. Both these sauces can be kept for a long time.

1. Grilled chicken with honey, lime and sriracha

Sriracha is an Asian sauce named after the city of Sri acha in Thailand. Chicken pieces are marinated in honey lime juice, ginger and Sriracha sauce. You can also add garlic and soya sauce. Now keep aside for a few hours. Let the marinade seep in. Now put it in skewers and roast. Your dish is ready to eat.

2. Thai crunchy salad with peanut dressing

This salad is made with crisp Napa cabbage and vegetables, which are crunchy. The ingredient, which makes it a beloved, is the peanut dressing. The vegetables you can use are carrots, cucumber, bell peppers, purple cabbage, edamame and Napa cabbage. Shred all these vegetables. Now add a peanut dressing which is readily available in the market. This salad can be made more wholesome by adding shrimps or shredded chicken.

3. Coconut shrimp

This dish is Simple to cook and good to eat. Take shrimps, which have been deveined and cleaned. You can also buy deveined shrimps. Take beaten egg. Dip the shrimps in eggs and then in coconut. Now, deep-fry the shrimps till golden brown and crispy. Serve with sweet chili sauce.

4. Salmon fillets

Marinate the salmon fillets in soy sauce, ginger and sweet chili sauce. Arrange these fillets on a baking tray. Don’t forget to pour the marinate left in the bowl over the fillets. Now bake till a golden crust is formed. You can also keep aside a little marinade to be served as a dip.
