How to make the perfect Pad Thai?

The full name of this dish is Kway teow pad Thai. Preparation

You can prepare pad Thai by the following steps:-

  1. First of all, soak rice noodles in cold water for about half an hour or till it become soft. After this, drain it and set aside.

  2. Blend all the ingredients and fry them in a big size pan. You should stir fry it for approximately two minutes.

  3. Now prawns are added to the pan, cooked it for 3-4 minutes.

  4. Add the garlic chives and drained noodles to it allowing all the items to be cooked for 1-2 minutes.

  5. Add lime juice, fish sauce and brown sugar to the pan so as to get sweet and tangy flavor in the dish. You should cook it on low flame so that sugar can be dissolved completely and tastes good.

  6. Mix beaten eggs with the other ingredients and toss it steadily. You can also mix it with wooden spoon for better mixing. Afterwards, turn off the gas knob.

  7. You can use chopped peanuts, bean sprouts and coriander leaves for garnishing pad Thai. A few drops of lemon juice can be squeezed on the top to increase sour flavor.

The pad Thai recipe can be made more interesting by cutting two carrots into cubical shape and one large capsicum into strip form. If you do not like crunchiness of bean sprouts then you can cut it down by soaking it in hot water for about 30-40 seconds.
