BOOKING POLICIES

Thai Square is continuing to serving you the same authentic food and unique experience you’ve known and loved. To ensure that your reservations and dining experience run smoothly, we would like our customers be aware of the terms and conditions below.


GENERAL BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS:
All bookings of 12 guests or more must dine from a set menu. Pre-order is required 7-day prior. All tables have a booking end time. If your party is incomplete 15 minutes after the booking time, we reserve the right to release and reallocate the tables.


DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT: A credit or debit card will be required for a deposit and to guarantee a booking at Thai Square restaurants. Where credit card details are required to secure your booking, no payment will be taken. Unless we agree with you otherwise, this policy applies to all group bookings. We require a £10 deposit per person to secure the booking and a full payment for bookings over 30 guests. This amount will deduct the final bill. We reserve the right to charge up to a maximum of 2 cards per party at our discretion.

CANCELLATION POLICY & FINAL NUMBERS: Deposit and full payment are refundable, we require 48-hour cancellation notice. Bookings of more than 30 guests, we require 14-day cancellation notice and 30-day cancellation notice for private hire. Reduction in number must be notified 48-hour prior to the event, a £10 per person fee will be incurred if otherwise. We reserve the right to incur a full-price of set menu per person should any guest not showing up without notice.

Payment

We reserve the right to charge up to a maximum of 2 cards per party at our discretion.

Price Disclaimer

We reserve the right to make changes to all pricing and listings without notice. We cannot guarantee information displayed on third parties website are correct and current.

Entries

Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any person who is believed to be harmful, nuisance to other customers, staff and our premises.

Toilet facilities are reserved only for our customers.

Management reserves the right to apply their discretion at any time to enforce these rules.

Health and Safety

No food or beverage is allowed into the premises including celebratory cakes according to our health and safety policies.

Gift Voucher

The voucher may only be redeemed as full or part payment but there will be no exchange for cash if a voucher is redeemed in part. The entire value of the voucher shall be treated as redeemed.

Only the recipient can use the voucher and cannot be transferred or resold to a third party. Once sold, it is responsibility of the recipient to keep the voucher safe. Each voucher has a unique code. Under no circumstances, a redeemed voucher can be reused again.

Any such voucher is not valid for use and may be rejected or cancelled at any time if it reasonably believes there has been a breach of this condition.

The voucher holder agrees it has no claim against Thai Square in the event of such rejection or cancellation.

The voucher may not be used in conjunction of any promotion.

The voucher cannot not be replaced if it is lost or damaged for any reason.

Promotions

We have different promotions throughout the year. Please refer to terms and conditions of each promotion. Management reserves the right to amend or cancel any promotions and marketing activities at anytime.
